PLEASE READ THROUGH-IMPORTANT INFO BELOW ABOUT BALTIMORE
We are looking for volunteers to staff the Events Committee for Baltimore 10/24-26. Any paid member interested in joining MUST attend the organizing meeting 9/14 at 11:00 AM. Committee members will receive 1/2 price hotel rooms in Baltimore and free admission to all events. There are five slots open.
Members would have to attend at least 1 of 2 meetings before 10/24 and respond within 24 hours to emails. You would have at least one task to perform before 10/17, and will have to be available to work in Baltimore from Saturday 10/25 3:00 PM through the tailgate party Sunday morning 10/26. See you on the 14th!!
Get your 2008 DC Metro Raider t-shirt from the club. Shirts are $20, sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the 66th Mob Charities. Add $7.50 postage and handling if you want them mailed to you. They will be available at the Ugly Mug during game days or you can send a check or money order for $27.50 payable to the DC Metro Raiders Booster Club to the address below.
Hotels - We have already reserved rooms for anyone who’s coming at the Holiday Inn Express at the Stadiums, 1-410-727-1818 ($119-129/night) and the Days Inn at the Harbor, 1-410-576-1000 ($149/night). RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY 9/24 OR YOU WILL NOT GET OUR GREAT ROOM RATES. You should ask for the DC Metro Raider room block. The Holiday Inn Express will be our headquarters hotel for the weekend.

7:00-10:00 PM - Meet and Greet Reception, Holiday Inn Express, 1701 Russell Street, 4th Floor Suite, Baltimore, MD .
10:00 PM - Greet Raiders at BWI Airport or Hotel (TBA)
Saturday, October 25
5:00-9:00 PM - Raider Party - MEX Restaurant on the Inner Harbor**, cover charge $20 in advance; $25 at the door. Selected beer and mixed drinks free until 9:00 PM.
9 PM-until - Zombie Bar Tour, Mount Vernon, Baltimore, MD. Sponsored by Lindy Promotions. Prices TBA. Wear your Raider finest and Halloween costumes.
Sunday, October 26
8:00 AM-1 PM - Tailgate Party — Lot J, M&T Stadium. Cover charge $15 in advance, $20 day of event. Bring your own beer or liquor. Sodas and water provided. If you are bringing your own food, the grillman will cook for you.

PACKAGE PRICES: $35 in advance for MEX Restaurant and Tailgate Party. Zombie Bar Tour event paid separately (a DCM Raider discount will apply). Paid members are admitted to the Tailgate Party for free.
ATTENTION FANS GOING OUT TO OAKLAND OPENING DAY: The 66th Mob needs your support and we need you to represent our club. If you would like to volunteer your time, donate money or attend their events, email the Godfather at griz66thmob@aol.com to let him know. The Mob Family will be staging events for TV production purposes starting this Thursday, 9/4, Friday 9/5, Sat 9/6 and 9/7, leading up to Monday night football, 9/8/08, as the Mob plays host to the largest platform within the NFL on Mob Alley, for the first of its kind “TAILGATE FOR CHARITY-BUILT OAKLAND TOUGH.”
Charities include: The Red Cross, Alameda Food Bank, Autism Speaks, Operation Dignity, Davis Street Family Resource Center and Intervention Agency. If any club members are going out to Oakland for any home games, let us know in advance so we can arrange for you to receive a proper welcome at the Mob Alley tailgate.
